we made capacitive power supply before 1uf will give you a high current suitable for sensor and relay after rectifier AC to DC 20 K ohm should be 5w to afford the current when the transistor is open circuit and led make it too after the sensor will send the signal to the transistor , it will trigger the relay too can be from 5v to 24 v but if you increase relay voltage, you should decrease R3 resistor and the odds
